Nemesrempehollós község címere: kék, fehér színű dombor pajzsban, zöld talajon álló, a kék mezőben arany búzakévével, a fehér mezőben barna ágon, fekete hollóval, csőrében arany gyűrűvel, a pajzson aranyszínű nemesi koronával. A pajzsot arany csík veszi körül, a pajzson belül a talapzatot és a mezőket egymástól arany csík választja el.
A zöld talapzat a sík vidéket, a rét, legelő gazdálkodást, az állattartást fejezi ki, a kék mező a béke színe, a búzakéve a lakosság mezőgazdasággal való foglalkozást, a fehér mező a tisztaságot jelenti. A fekete holló csőrében az arany gyűrűvel a két korábbi falu, Rempehollós és Nemeshollós egyesítését jelképezi. A nemesi korona kifejezi, hogy mindkét faluban éltek nemesi családok.
