A címer álló helyzetű tárcsapajzs, a pajzsmező kékkel és veressel vágott. A felső kék pajzsmezőben a vágáson álló arany stilizált fedeles fakapu látható, kétfelé nyíló arany kapuszárnyakkal.
Az alsó veres pajzsmező középen egy ezüst stilizált ekevas és tőle balra ezüst csoroszlya lebeg. Ezektől jobbra és balra egy-egy lebegő ezüst heraldikai rózsa látható.
A címer magyarázata:
Ukk ősi település. Első írásos említése 1268-ból származik, Ili" és „Vek" formában. A település neve valószínűleg az Ugrin vagy Ugró személynevek / rövidített, becézett formájából származik.
A településen nincsen vár vagy várrom, sem a közelében híres hegy vagy nagyobb folyó. Legfőbb értéke a környező termőföldek mellett, a község földrajzi fekvése. A mezőgazdaságot és a termőföldeket jelképezi a falu eredeti pecsétjében is fellelhető stilizált ekevas és csoroszlya.
Ukk fontos vasúti csomópont, valamint az egyik forgalmas nyugatra vezető főút is áthalad rajta. Szerénytelenség nélkül elmondtató: Ukk a Nyugat-Magyarországi Régió egyik forgalmas kapuja. Ez utóbbit fejezi ki a címerben szereplő nyitott kapu.
A két heraldikai rózsa sem csupán díszítő motívum, hanem a Krisztus utáni két évezrednek is emléket állít.
Összegezve elmondtató, hogy a település címere ún. mesélő címer, amely elmeséli a település földrajzi fekvését és a címer keletkezésének idejét.

In base gules the stylised depiction of a ploughshare argent and a coulter, also argent. These charges are flanked by a heraldic rose on each side, both argent and borne encouped.

The history of the village of Ukk goes back to ancient times. The settlement’s name was first recorded as early as 1268 as ’Vek’. The name of the village is likely to have derived from the names Ugrin or Ugró, or one of their diminutives.
The village does not boast any ancient castle, or ruin and it is not situated at the foot of any mountain or on the bank of a river. The most valuable asset of the settlement is its fertile land, and, in addition, its favourable central location.The stylised depiction of the ploughshare and the coulter in the settlement’s coat of arms are the symbols of local agriculture and both charges also appeared in the past in the settlement’s historical seal.
Ukk is a significant railway hub, and, in addition, one of the country’s major trunk roads also leads through the settlement. It is a general truth that Ukk is a gateway to Western Hungary. This fact is revealed by the charge of the open gate, depicted in the settlement’s coat of arms.
The two heraldic roses are decorations, besides, they also signifiy the two thousand years of history.
In summary it can be stated that the settlement’s coat of arms is one of the so-called canting arms, and it reveals the ethimology of the village’s name, and, also tells about the most important facts of Ukk’s history and geographical location.
